SiteScope is operated by FIRST THINGS FIRST OPC.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By accessing or using SiteScope ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SiteScope is a mobile application that converts on-site video recordings into professional work orders and contracts. The Service includes video recording, AI-powered transcription, document generation, and digital signing capabilities.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Use the Service to transmit harmful or malicious content
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees and authorize Paddle to charge your payment method.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by FIRST THINGS FIRST OPC and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create using the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteScope shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
9. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
